AMBER ALERT: Missing Child Reported In Florida, Everyone Asked To Help Locate

UPDATE: 5:10 p.m. Friday — The child has been found and is safe.

JACKSONVILLE, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — An Amber Alert was just issued (2:36 p.m.) out of Jacksonville in Duvall County. Everyone statewide is being asked to help locate the missing child.

Ja’rell Lewis was last seen in the area of the 2600 block of University Boulevard North in Jacksonville. The child, according to authorities, may be in the company of Terrell Lewis. They may be traveling in a 2006 black Suzuki Forenza with Florida Tag 72BEYB.

For those unfamiliar with Florida geography, it would take approximately 3.5-4 hours to travel from Jacksonville to the northern half of Palm Beach County. There is no indication as to which direction the child and alleged abductor may be heading.

Anyone with information is asked to call 888-FL-MISSING, or 911. You may remain anonymous.
