DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The problems for Kings Point continue, with the latest revelation that at least six people registered as sex offenders in the State of Florida are living in the senior community.
BocaNewsNow.com obtained records from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement that identify the registered sexual offenders. We are publishing the official ”offender” registration information and photos in an official FDLE PDF at the bottom of this article. The Kings Point sex offenders include Ronald Michael Hirsch who lists 72 Waterford C as his home address. He was convicted in 1999 of three counts of lewd or lascivious exhibition with a victim under 16.
Steven Charles Amaral lists 44 Saxony A as his home address. He was registered as a sexual offender following an ”adjudication withheld” finding in a 2001 lewd and lascivious case involving a child.
Anthony J. Alfano lives at 22 Valencia A. He was registered as sexual offender after a judge withheld adjudication in a 2006 case in which he was accused of possessing a photo or picture showing sexual performance by a child.
Joyce Natiello lives at 289 Capri G. She is registered as a sex offender. She was found guilty in 1990 of indecent assault and battery on a person under age 14 in Norfolk, Mass.

Ira Neil Goldstein lives at 15443 Fiorenza Circle. He is registered as a sexual offender after being convicted in 2003 for lewd or lascivious exhibition to a victim under age 16.
Craig Jeffrey Koffman lives at 704 Flanders O according to FDLE. He is registered as a sexual offender. He was accused of two counts of sexual conduct with a minor in Arizona. Florida reports that his adjudication is ”not available.”
BocaNewsNow.com uncovered the sex offender registrations while investigating the ongoing arrests in the community. As we’ve reported over the past several weeks, PBSO and Delray Beach Police have arrested and jailed residents for battery, gunfire, stalking, drug possession, assault, and more.
