BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Boynton Beach resident Eric Gunther is behind bars Saturday morning following his arrest by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. Gunther is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Florida.
According jail records reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, Gunther is charged with “battery on a person 65 years of age or older.” The arrest report was still being processed at 10 a.m. Saturday. He was arrested late Friday night and booked into jail at 12:08 a.m.
Gunther, 44, lives in the Verona Lakes community in Boynton Beach. He filed a petition in 2018 claiming that a neighbor threatened him and his family with physical violence. Court records suggest that his request for an injunction was denied and the matter was later resolved.
