DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Delray Beach spine surgeon, arrested Tuesday for the second time in weeks, was apparently jailed after he professed his love for a Seven Bridges Homeowner — despite a court order demanding that he leave the woman alone.
Dr. Gerard D’Ariano was arrested on September 6th at his apartment in the 500 block of NW 1st Avenue in Delray Beach. He is charged with violation of a domestic protection order which was filed after his earlier arrest for dating violence. The alleged victim lives on Pavilion Way in the community of Seven Bridges. This is the official report filed by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office:
The victim alleged D’Ariano has contacted her on three (3) occasions. The first two occurred on 09-05-2022 at approximately 9:50 AM, and 9:51 AM. According to the victim, the phone call that occurred at 9:50 AM, she answered but D’Ariano did not say anything. The call duration was fourteen (14) seconds. The call that occurred at 9:51 AM, was a missed call.
I viewed the victim’s cell phone log and confirmed she had received two (2) phone calls on that date and time(s). It should be noted, there was no telephone number associated to the phone calls. The caller was listed, “No Caller ID.” The victim further alleged D’Ariano called her on 09-06-2022, at approximately 8:28 PM, and he spoke to her. The victim showed me her cell phone call log. Upon doing so, I confirmed she had received a phone call from a, “No Caller ID”, on 09-06-2022, at approximately 8:28 PM. The call duration was thirty-one (31) seconds. The victim stated during the phone conversation she recognized D’Ariano’s voice, and he made specific statements to her that were made between them during their relationship. I asked the victim what specifically D’Ariano said during the course of the conversation that occurred on 09-06-2022. The victim advised D’Ariano told her that he still loved her, and she was “his once in a lifetime person” which according to the victim was something that was said between she and D’Ariano. The victim told him he was not supposed to call her. D’Ariano asked the victim not send him back to jail. The victim advised she then hung up her phone After meeting with the victim, I went to D’Ariano’s residence which is located at 505 NW 1st Ave., Delray Beach, Florida. It should be noted, I utilized my recorder while speaking to D’Ariano at his residence.
D’Ariano told me he told the victim that he still loved her. She was his one andonly, and she was the only person that gives him butterflies. And now he’ll leave her alone. D’Ariano said the phone call ended after that. D’Ariano also admitted that he called the victim on 09-05-2022, but did not have the “balls” to say anything to her when he called her. D’Ariano told me, tonight, he was lying in bed and feeling alone. So, he decided to call the victim because he missed her and still loves her. D’Ariano stated he knows he
should not have contacted the victim. The interview with D’Ariano was ended shortly after.“
Dr. D’Ariano was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on September 7th. Although bond was set at $5,000, jail records indicate that he remains incarcerated late Saturday afternoon.
