BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Boca Raton Police Department says a man was robbed at gunpoint by two suspects who allegedly pushed him to the ground and snatched a $25,000 watch.

The police department issued this official statement Sunday afternoon:

On Saturday, January 7, 2023 at approximately 4:00 p.m., Boca Raton Police responded to the 2800 block of Spanish River Road in reference to an armed robbery. The victim was walking his dog when a newer model blue Ford Mustang drove up to him.

Two suspects got out of the car and pointed firearms at the victim before pushing him to the ground. At that time, they took his watch, valued at $25,000, and fled in the vehicle eastbound on Sevilla Drive. The victim sustained minor injuries.

The suspects were described as two Hispanic males, with average builds, wearing sunglasses and hooded sweatshirts. If you have information in reference to this ongoing investigation, please contact Detective George Reilly at (561) 544-8660.
