FROST ADVISORY IN EFFECT: Temps May Drop To Low 30s Saturday Night

UPDATE (10:05 a.m. Saturday): The frost advisory has been extended to 9 a.m. Sunday.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The National Weather Service says a Frost Advisory is in effect for early Sunday morning, as temperatures could plunge into the low-to-mid 30s.

The advisory runs from 1 a.m. to 9 a.m. Sunday and covers inland Palm Beach County, inland Collier, inland Glades, and inland Broward County. Aside from being extremely cold, the weather service warns that vegetation could be destroyed.

Officially, expect a high in the mid-50s on Saturday with a low tonight in the upper 30s to low 40s. Our high Sunday will be 64 with a low Sunday night of 50 degrees. The high Monday is 72.

There is no rain in the forecast until at least midweek. It is officially 48 degrees in central Boca Raton at 9 a.m. Saturday, January 14th, 2022.
