“Upon my arrival,” wrote a PBSO Deputy, “I met with the victim who stated her neighbor Susan Falvey came over to her residence highly intoxicated. An argument ensued over (an unnamed person) riding his bike in Falvey’s driveway. Falvey, from behind, wrapped her arm around the (victim’s) neck. The (victim) stated she felt like she was being choked.”

“I viewed a Ring doorbell video which corroborated the statement. I find probable cause to charge Susan Falvey with Battery.”

Falvey, 61, was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail where she was locked up from 12:32 in the morning until 2:40 in the morning. She was released on her own recognizance. She’ll be arraigned on March 6th.
