Peter Konhilas, who the Palm Beach County jail says is “at large,” may or may not have been at large when he apparently showed his peter to someone else. The arrest report was still being processed Monday afternoon. It was not immediately clear where Peter’s peter was displayed.
Peter Konhilas, 28, was arrested late Sunday night and booked into the Palm Beach County just before 1 a.m. Monday. He is being held on $10,000 bond as of 1:30 p.m.
The official charge: “indecent exposure, exposure of sexual organs, first offense.” Delray Beach Police is listed as the arresting agency.
