BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boynton Beach man is accused of robbing a Domino’s Pizza Delivery driver at gunpoint. Boynton Beach Police officials issued this statement Tuesday afternoon:

The Boynton Beach Police Department has arrested 20-year-old Evandole Lusane for the armed robbery of a Domino’s pizza delivery driver. The incident occurred before 11 P.M. on March 31st in the Cove apartment complex, after the suspect placed a pizza order using the TextNow application. When the driver arrived at the delivery location, Lusane was hiding in a nearby stairwell, armed with a firearm. Lusane pointed the firearm at the victim and stated “give me everything you got”.

The victim’s cell phone was amongst the items Lusane took during the robbery. Hours later the cell phone was located, abandoned in a stairwell one building over from where the initial crime occurred.
On April 3rd the Boynton Beach Police Department was investigating an unrelated incident in the Cove apartment complex where they arrested Lusane.

After a thorough investigation, Lusane was positively identified as the suspect from the robbery of the Domino’s pizza delivery driver, and the firearm used to commit the robbery was also located. Lusane has been charged with Robbery with a firearm and is currently being housed at the Palm Beach County Jail.
