While the affidavit of probable cause continues to be processed Sunday by the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts, BocaNewsNow.com reviewed arrest records that reveal Erick Daniel Diaz of the 1100 block of NW 13th Street is jailed on the following charges:
Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon, without the intent to kill. Kidnap — commit or facilitate commission of a felony. Robbery — residential home invasion with a weapon. And Aggravated Stalking — follow, harass, cyberstalk, (make) credible threat to a person. We note that a judge during an initial appearance determined that probable cause did not exist for the home invasion charge.
