DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boynton Beach woman was killed Friday in a crash at the intersection of Jog Road and Morikami Park Road in West Delray Beach.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office tells BocaNewsNow.com that Beverlee Bearman-Reiter was traveling south — in a Fiat 500 — on Jog Road in the left turning lane while Scott Florent driving northbound on Jog Road in a Lexus ES350 in the center lane.

As Bearman-Reiter turned left into the intersection with Morkiami Road, she traveled into the path of the Lexus. During the crash, the front of the Lexus impacted the front of the Fiat.

Bearman-Reiter was rushed to Delray Medical Center where she was pronounced dead roughly an hour after the 1:30 p.m. crash. No charges have been filed.

Bearman-Reiter, according to PBSO, lived in the 5100 block of Polly Park Lane in Boynton Beach. She was 82 years old.
