The multi-car crash — involving a decimated truck — has left at least one person dead. It happened just before 6 a.m.
The Northbound Florida Turnpike is closed between I-595 and Sunrise Boulevard. Traffic is being diverted onto U.S. 441. Delays are impacting travel on I-595.
