BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boynton Beach Porsche owner is suing Porsche over an allegedly defective 2018 Panamera.

Parveen Samantha Ramnarine of Hardwood Bay Drive in Boynton Beach is suing Porsche in Palm Beach County Circuit Court, claiming that the $142,213 car purchased used is defective. Ramnarine claims multiple warranty service attempts failed, and that Porsche has violated its warranty by not solving the problems that allegedly plague the car.

Among the issues: “Defective engine and/or electrical system as evidenced by the illumination of the check engine light, the low coolant light, the coolant temp high warning light, and the engine temperature too high light.” The errors won’t clear. Techs haven’t been able to solve the problems.

The suit seeks: “Diminution in value of the vehicle, and incurred and/or needed costs of repair, or, alternatively, the cost of cover as provided by Fla. Stat. § 672.712; All incidental and consequential damages incurred; Reasonable attorneys fees, witness fees and all court costs and other fees incurred; and an order of the Court in its equitable capacity directing Defendant to properly and completely repair any outstanding defects in the vehicle and such other and further relief that the Court deems just and appropriate.”
