BROWARD COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Two major crashes on I-95 in Broward County continue to slow and stop traffic as the afternoon rush gets underway. One crash is northbound on I-95 in Deerfield Beach. The other is in the southbound lanes near Hallandale Beach Blvd.

The northbound incident, which affects more of the BocaNewsNow.com readership, involved a tractor trailer which caught on fire and burned for quite some time. Even hours after the initial blaze, traffic remained slowed and at some times at a standstill. It is expected to continue to cause problems into the evening.
