MISSING CHILD: Police Need Help Finding Child Missing From North Broward

UPDATE: Police report at noon on Tuesday that Jake has been located and is safe.

BROWARD COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The child you see above — Jake Jenkinson — is missing and police are asking for your help trying to locate him. He has been missing since Sunday.

According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office: The Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help to locate 12-year-old Jake Jenkinson.

According to detectives, Jenkinson was last seen at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 10, near the 500 block of Northwest First Terrace in Deerfield Beach. He was wearing a white shirt, lavender colored shorts and grey shoes. He was last seen riding a blue beach cruiser bicycle. 

Investigators say he is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 150 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes.
