“Heavy rainfall is possible at times today through Thursday morning. Storm totals of 3-8 inches with locally higher amounts in excess of 10 inches is possible. The rain will continue into Thursday with wind gusts into the low 30s continuing. Expect a high Wednesday and Thursday in the upper 70s or low 80s.
