BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Home sales jumped dramatically in most prices points across Palm Beach County during the mont of November, according to the latest report out by Douglas Elliman and produced by Miller Samuel Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants.

The report shows that newly signed contracts jumped an average of 22.1-percent across all monitored price points when comparing November of 2022 with November of 2023. Here’s the breakdown: For homes valued between $300k and $399k, newly signed contracts jumped 28.6-percent; $400k to $499k, newly signed contracts jumped 20.6-percent; $500k-$999k, the jump is 38.3-percent; $1M to $2.99, there was actually a drop of 2.3-percent; and there was a drop of ten percent for homes valued between $5M and $9.99M.

New listings also jumped across most price points when comparing November of 2022 to November of 2023. New listings jumped 42.2-percent for homes valued between $200k to $299k; 10.9-percent for homes valued between $300k and $399k; new listings dropped 20.5-percent for homes valued between $400k and $599k; the rise is 66.7-percent for homes valued between $600k and $999k; and new listings jumped 78.6-percent for homes valued between $1M and $2.99M.

Notably, newly signed contracts dropped 5.7-percent in Broward County when comparing November of 2022 with November of 2023. New listings in Broward rose 10.9-percent during the same time period.
