BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Boca Raton night club “One11 Boca” owes nearly $100,000 to the landlord for its location at 111 SE Mizner Boulevard in Boca Raton. A lawsuit just filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court seeks immediate payment.
The complaint, obtained by BocaNewsNow.com, and available for download below, says the club entered into a five year lease starting in November of 2019. It’s set to end in October of 2024, The lease calls for monthly payments of $11,500.01. But that apparently hasn’t happened for months, and now One11 Boca owes payments covering several months where the club hasn’t allegedly paid anything.
“The Defendants have failed and refused to pay the full amount of rent due for the premises on a timely basis and owe the Plaintiff $82,492.95 for rent through the date hereof.”
The suit, filed by Investments Limited through Attorney Jason Lazar, seeks immediate payment and damages to be awarded by a judge. One11 Boca, LLC, received a notice on December 8th to pay up or move out. Neither has apparently happened. The One11 Boca website remains live, with events seemingly planned through the month of December.
