PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Palm Beach County man is facing an animal cruelty charge after he allegedly engaged in a perverse act of affection with the dog in public. The act was so perverse that Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control issued an order to have the dog removed from the man.

According to a court filing obtained by BocaNewsNow.com, Animal Care and Control was summoned by Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Deputies to a call on January 5th, when a witness said she saw Steven Toth use his private part to penetrate the rear of a dog “Baby D.” It happened, according to the witness, in public. When the witness screamed, Mr. Toth apparently fell into bushes with his pants around his legs.

“The witness advised officers that she was in the laundry mat with her daughter when heard a man saying, “oh god, oh god.” She went towards the voice to investigate and observed Mr. Toth with his pants down inserting his xxx into the xxx of Baby D and actively having sex with the dog. When the witness exclaimed “oh my god” at the sight of what was happening, Mr. Toth’s prviate part slipped out of the dog and Mr. Toth fell over into the bushes with his pants around his knees.”

Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control took custody of the dog. PBSO took custody of Mr. Toth is facing several charges. This happened in the 6000 block of Okeechobee Blvd.
