According to investigators, shortly before 3 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, the vehicle crashed along the off-ramp of Interstate 95 Southbound at Miami Gardens Drive. The subject has barricaded himself in the vehicle. BSO and MDPD are currently on scene working this active incident.
