BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A resident of Boca Raton’s Broken Sound Country Club is starting Sunday in the Palm Beach County Jail following her arrest Saturday by the Boca Raton Police Department.
Danielle Thomas was taken into custody midday Saturday and booked into jail just before 3:30 p.m. She is charged with battery. It was not immediately clear who she is accused of battering, that person’s condition, or where specifically the arrest took place.
Court records indicate that Ms. Thomas is facing an eviction proceeding by Broken Sound for allegedly not paying rent on her unit in the amount of $3813. The eviction proceeding was filed just days before the battery arrest.
Bond had not been set as of 10 a.m. Sunday. Ms. Thomas, 58, lists the 5400 block of Broken Sound Blvd. as her current home address.
