LAKE WORTH BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — For the second time in a week, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office tells BocaNewsNow.com that it nabbed what it is calling an “illegal” accused of sex crimes involving a teen.

PBSO says Heber Amador Guerrero was scheduled to be deported back to Honduras in May of 2017, but remained in the United States. He is now accused of the following crimes which police say occurred in Lake Worth Beach:

”Unlawful sexual activity with a minor,” “domestic battery with strangulation,” and “aggravated battery on a pregnant teen.”

According to a police report reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, Guerrero was allegedly in a room with the victim, who he knew, when she was sending messages on facebook. He believed she was “cheating” on him and took the phone. When he saw nothing of significance on the phone, Guerrero allegedly strangled the victim — who is pregnant.

Heber Amado Guerrero is now being held in the Palm Beach County on $30,000 bond. A court date is pending. There is no indication that federal officials are involved with the case of Saturday evening.
