Neighbors Disarm Suspect, Detain Him As Police Arrive.

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A man accused of murder is now in custody in Palm Beach County, just a short time after the alleged homicide was committed in Lake Worth Beach. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office issued this advisory to BocaNewsNow.com about the crime that occurred in the 3300 block of Artesian Drive.
“Deputies responded to a domestic dispute in progress. Upon arrival deputies learned an adult male, suspect shot an adult female, victim. Two neighbor witnesses were able to disarm the male suspect until deputies arrived.
Deputies immediately began life saving measures to the female until PBC Fire Rescue arrived. PBC transported the female to a local hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division and Crime Scene Investigators arrived on scene to investigate this shooting as a homicide. The suspect, Yves Antoine, DOB: 3/20/78, was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail for First Degree Murder.”
