DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Another Kings Point Delray Beach resident is in the Palm Beach County Jail. This time, it’s Gustavo Osorio, who Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested for possession of obscene material.
While the arrest report continues to be processed early Saturday, the Palm Beach County Jail tells BocaNewsNow.com that Osorio was taken into custody on Friday and officially charged with “obscene material — possess 10 or more child porn images. Felony 3 offense.”
Osorio, who lives in the Monaco J section of Kings Point, has no previous history of note involving law enforcement in Palm Beach County. It was not immediately clear what led police to seek an arrest warrant. While specifics are pending, online services — including Facebook, Dropbox, Comcast/XFinity, Gmail, AT&T, Box, Instagram, and more routinely provide IP and subscriber to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children which works with law enforcement to effectuate investigations and arrests.
Osorio is 13th Kings Point resident to be arrested in 2024 and the 33rd since the start of 2023. Kings Point, known as the South Palm Beach County retirement community with more arrests than any other, has found its residents arrested for DUI, sex offenses, drug offenses, threats, weapons charges, assaults, battery, and more.

When I read he had obscene material, I just assumed he had printed an article from Boca News Now
While this is a cause for concern, it is not unusual for a community with over 10,000 residents. As with anywhere, residents have to keep their eyes & ears open and report any strange goings on.
