Kings point is a senior citizen community. Why are these low life’s being allowed in puts all of us in danger. They certainly don’t qualify as a senior what will it take!
Dee: To answer your question: The Fair Housing Act is a federal law established in 1968 to prevent discrimination in housing-related activities. It applies to buying, selling, renting, and financing housing. Here’s what you need to know:
Who Is Protected? The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination based on:
Age
Race
Color
Religion
Sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation)
Familial Status
Disability
Just because the woman is over 55 and was caught snookered, and driving does not give you the right to refer to her as a lowlife. She has every right to live at Kings point as you do. I’d say your nasty comment is uncalled for considering where you live is often seen by the masses as a tenement-class community. Therefore, it could be said that you’re so low class you have to look up to look down. Next time put your brain in gear before putting your fingers in motion on a keyboard.
12000 residents equals very low crime rate. Boca news just likes to slam us.
Kings Point has a neverending string of miscreant crime and aptly described as ‘full of lowlifes’
As a banker, I attend professional RE events and KP is the butt of every joke and a property/community no agent would sell to a family member or friend.
Those pretending it’s a small fraction of the community don’t understand crime metrics.
Those of us who do know it’s a red light district and stay the hell away.
