The Peter Blum Family YMCA in Boca Raton just announced that the “afternoon engineering speciality” is open and ready for enrollment for several weeks this summer.

“Join us for afternoons filled with fun and engineering! The Engineers Summer Program provides kids exposure to the fundamentals of STEM through science experiments, mechanical design and group projects. The program is designed to take advanced principals and break them down for young minds through play. Our curriculum covers ages 5-11 years old and will advance as the learners excel through each lesson. Below you will find links to a sample schedule for camp and our programs offered here at the Y.
