Audrey Milk, 93, was a passenger in a vehicle driving southbound on Powerline Road around 5 p.m. on July 2nd. Police say that’s when Kyrylo Khytrov of Post Gardens Way was heading northbound and turned left — entering the path of the vehicle carrying Milk.
”(The car driven by Khytrov, a 2017 BMW 320i) made a left turn, entering the intersection under a red light, pulling in front (of the vehicle driving Milk, a 2018 Acura MDX). The front left the Acura struck the right front of the BMW.”
Audrey Milk was transported to Boca Regional Medical Center. She was pronounced deceased on Monday, July 8th. While an advisory says alcohol and drugs are a factor for Khytrov, he has NOT been charged as of July 9th.

How can a DUI driver that cost a woman her life not be charged! WHY? What could the PD be waiting for?
Traffic homicide investigations take a year.
So many aggressive and irresponsible drivers out there!
The traffic signalization at this intersection is terrible, especially for turning. Accident reports corroborate it.
