DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — It has happened again. A resident of the senior living community of Kings Point Delray Beach has been jailed. The latest arrest brings the running total to 19 Kings Point resident arrests in 2024, and an astonishing 39 since 2023. We could be just days away from the 20th arrest of a resident this year and the 40th since last year.

The latest to be jailed: Martin DiCostanzo. He was arrested by Delray Beach Police on an out of county warrant. We note that the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s criminal information system is not showing which county wanted DiCostanzo. An additional records check did not reveal a “want” out of the state. That does not suggest the arrest is incorrect, but merely that we’ll need to wait for the Palm Beach County Clerk of Court system to update with information about this jailing.

Here’s what we do know: DiCostanzo was taken into custody Saturday morning and booked into the Palm Bech County Jail at 11:26 a.m. He was released on $7500 bond at 9:23 p.m DiCostanzo lists the Waterford section of Kings Point Delray Beach as his home address.

DiCostanzo joins the other accused criminal in Kings Point Delray Beach who have faced charges for crimes including: drug use, drug distribution, sexual assault and battery, non-sexual assault and battery, weapons offenses, domestic abuse, child abuse, threat dissemination, and more. Based on BocaNewsNow.com’s unofficial records, more Kings Point Delray Beach residents are arrested than residents of any other senior living community in South Palm Beach County.

  1. Stop. Enough is enough about kings point. Pretty sad how you have nothing else to write about.
You are hurting innocent people who reside here by constantly writing about these arrests. Believe it or not enjoy living here.
Try using your so called journalism 101 and write something positive.
