BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — There’s apparently no love on Love Lane in Boca Raton. That’s where the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office responded on Friday to arrest Moshe Kassirer. The Love Lane resident is in the Palm Beach County Jail Saturday morning and facing multiple charges.
According to records obtained by BocaNewsNow.com from he Palm Beach County Jail, Kassirer is charged with “battery — commit domestic battery by strangulation,” “battery — touch or strike,” “and resist an officer, obstruct without violence.” The resisting charge is carrying a $1,000 bond. But no bond has been set for the battery or strangulation charges.
It was not immediately clear what happened that led to Kassirer’s arrest. BocaNewsNow.com will update once the arrest report is processed and released. Kassirer’s first appearance in front of a judge is set for Monday.

Kassirer, 30, lives in the 7900 block of Love Lane. With the exception of a moving violation where adjudication was withheld, he has had no interaction with law enforcement or the criminal court system in Palm Beach County.
