DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A warrant was just issued for the arrest of a Kings Point Delray Beach resident. Once police successfully act on the warrant, Linda Petti will become the 20th arrest of a Kings Point resident during the 2024 calendar year, and the 40th since the start of 2023.

According to records obtained by BocaNewsNow.com, Petti, who lives in the Burgandy section of Kings Point, failed to show for court on a moving violation for “operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended, cancelled, or revoked.” Police noted she was driving without a license when she allegedly ran a stop sign on July 2nd of this year. She was supposed to be in court on August 1st but didn’t show, according to records, so a judge issued a warrant for her arrest. When completed, she’ll be held on a $2000 bond.

It’s not just criminal problems for Petti. She’s been sued in Palm Beach County multiple times for eviction and other civil matters.

Unofficial BocaNewsNow.com records indicate that more residents of the Kings Point Senior Living Community in Delray Beach are arrested than residents of any other senior living community in South Palm Beach County. Among the charges filed against Kings Point Delray Beach residents: sexual assault, sexual battery, drug possession, drug sale or distribution, weapons violations, DUI, domestic abuse, child abuse, and more.
