Hillel Feuerman Of Boca Raton Arrested On Charge From Sarasota County.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Boca Raton nursing home owner Hillel Feurrman is facing a criminal charge in Sarasota County. Authorities allege that he is responsible for abuse of elderly clients at the Pavilion of Downtown Venice in Venice, FL.
According to a report from the Sarasota Herald-Tribune, and verified through court filings reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, Feuerman was served by the Broward Sheriff’s Office, acting on an arrest warrant filed by the State Attorney in Sarasota County. BocaNewsNow.com obtained the arrest warrant and “teletype alert” sent by the Broward Sheriff’s Office alerting Sarasota that he was in their custody.

Police, according to the Herald-Tribune, responded multiple times to the facility to find patients in need of care but not receiving care. Investigators said that the Florida Department of Health in Sarasota found mold, urine, and other violations.
Hillel Feureman owns other healthcare facilities in Florida, as well. He is set to be arraigned in Sarasota County on August 9th at 9 a.m. He was sued for nursing home negligence in Sarasota County in 2019 — the case settled. He was cited for driving with an expired tag in Broward County in 2020. That case was thrown out.
