The man, 36 years old, was on a “Huffy” bike when the incident occurred around 11 p.m. Saturday night.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office tells BocaNewsNow.com that the van was traveling south on C street while the bicyclist was traveling west on 1st Avenue South. The bicyclist, according to police, failed stop for the posted stop sign, “violating the right of way (and) riding into the path of the van.”
