BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Boca Raton man at the center of a growing controversy over his Anti-Semitic posts, his presence at Whispering Pines Elementary School, his right to free speech and the ability for him to see his child in a Palm Beach County Public School continues more than a day after BocaNewsNow.com first reported on Chirag Patel. As we reported on Tuesday, Chirag Patel was told by Whispering Pines Elementary School Principal Barbara Riemer that he was banned from the school after shouting anti-Jewish comments at school staff. Despite the “ban,” he was seen on campus on Friday. Riemer — according to several sources — did nothing.
While the Palm Beach County School District has provided BocaNewsNow.com with copies of statements issued to parents about the incident written or delivered by Principal Riemer, it has not provided details about what is being done to keep students safe or mitigate the increasingly tense situation. Parents say the school district increased the police presence at the school on Lyons Road just south of Clint Moore for a few hours after BocaNewsNow.com’s story broke Tuesday, then returned to the normal posture of having just one school resource officer on campus some of the time. Amy Johnson, the new Director of Communications for the Palm Beach County School District, did not respond to a request to speak with BocaNewsNow.com.
Parents contacting the news website are overall outraged at the School District’s handling of the situation.
“The school district is incompetent,” said one parent who asked not to be identified fearing retribution to their child. “(Principal) Barbara Riemer is doing nothing. Whispering Pines is not safe with this man just yards away.”
“I realize they can’t tell this guy where to live,” said another parent, “but the school district seems to be looking the other way. It’s telling parents that there’s nothing to worry about, but we are worried. This is a very Jewish public elementary school. There needs to be better protection.”
Patel, a prolific Facebook poster, has a child in Whispering Pines Elementary. Patel has posted photos of the two of them together in the school. In his latest rants posted over the past days, Patel writes about Jews, the IDF, weapons, science, Barack Obama, universal healthcare, and more. His posts, some of which we have reprinted below, are occasionally incoherent and appear to be streams consciousness that lead nowhere. Among them, Patel writes: “Even when I go shopping, Town Center Boca Raton, Jews get better treatment…they are cheap skates (and) have extensive shopping experience.”
“My Uber car accident settlement. Corporate lawyers I not worth the gas, dam Jews tricked me into believing we American have same property rights as wealthy Jews. My whole life now I think about it jews keep choosing to stealing from me. Good, now you’ll get what’s coming. I had 100% percent acceptance rate for Uber That’s against Jewish policy, unlike the Jews, I treat everyone equally I don’t believe in discrimination.”
“Dates change but same plans. Jewish persecution of Christians continues in Israel.” “Noa Argamani, an Israeli woman freed from Hamas captivity in Gaza in June, said on Friday that her injuries were caused by an Israeli air strike during her rescue operation, not by a Hamas attack.” “That’s to Cheetah Inc., Whites and Jews will be treated like the Palestinians in Gaza one day, your welcome for the love I gift your future generations, key window date 2036 to spend the already judgemented.”
In a post printed in our original article, Patel writes about his first “kill” being over Whispering Pines Elementary. He claims to have killed a bird over the school.
Police responded to Patel’s home near Whispering Pines Elementary School several months ago. He “live streamed” the encounter where an officer is heard trying to get him to calm down, but also trying to get him to understand why his statements are potentially problematic. No arrest was made. In fact, Patel has been charged with nothing and is facing no criminal court action. Facebook briefly removed his posts on Tuesday but his page was active again Wednesday. Patel now lists on his Facebook page that he was once in the Army but was apparently referred to counseling and discharged. This is unverified by the Armed Services.

As an American and a Whispering Pines Elementary School parent myself, I find this extremely disturbing for me and my family. We are very anxious all the time, we are constantly paying attention to any news updates and refreshing this persons Facebook profile for any new vomiting posts he makes. The community is disgruntled and very worried about this situation.
