Residents Of This Senior Community Are Seemingly “Criminally Curious!” 43 Jailed Since Start Of 2023!

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A resident of the Delray Beach senior living community of Kings Point is back behind bars Saturday morning. Kings Point, which seems to be full of “Cri-Curious” residents (criminally curious), has logged 23 resident arrests during the 2024 calendar year, and 43 arrests since the start of 2023. Kerri Valentino is one of the very few to be arrested more than once.
Valentino, who lives in the Normandy section of Kings Point, was first arrested earlier this month after she allegedly failed to show for a hearing on a traffic violation. She was re-arrested on Thursday after she apparently didn’t comply with court orders on two other violations — one involving an allegation of driving with an open container of alcohol in her vehicle, and another involving driving with a suspended license. Valentino is being held without bond.
Kerri Valentino is notably younger — much younger — than the typical senior living community resident. Born in 1978, she is 46 years old. It was not immediately clear why a woman in her mid 40s is living in a community identified as a 55+ community where “exceptional lifestyle begins.” We note “exceptional” isn’t always a positive word.

I was on the board years ago. I was called any time there a new application for a future buyer or renter. They stopped checking the people who are moving in here. Thus, we have some scuzzy people moving in. Years ago we never had any crimes. And to top it off, they’re raising maintenance fees way too high and way too often. Many things are breaking here. The pools are constantly being closed. They have no parts on hand. Many times we had to wait for a pump or whatever to come in. They should have parts here. This place is turning into a disgusting slum !!!!
