The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office issued this advisory to BocaNewsNow.com mid-day Sunday about the arrest of Johnny Jarrell:

On Saturday, August 31, 2024, at approximately 6:45 pm, deputies and Palm Beach County Fire Rescue responded to a shooting in the 100 block of Sandpiper Ave, Royal Palm Beach. Upon arrival an adult male was located suffering from a gunshot wound.  The male was transported to a local hospital where he is listed in serious but stable condition.

There was no information released as of mid-day Sunday from PBSO about the victim, what led to the shooting, how many shots were fired, or whether the victim knew the alleged attempted killer. We expect a full update once the affidavit of probable cause is processed by the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts.
