BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A woman who self-identifies through her online presence as a “life coach” is waking up Saturday morning in the Palm Beach County Jail following her arrest the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. Shawn Maley, who lists an address in the West Boca community of Saturnia, is charged with battery.
According to jail records reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, Maley was taken into custody early Saturday morning and booked into jail around 2:15. She remains held without bond as of 8 a.m. The official charge is “battery — touch or strike.” The arrest report continues to be processed.
Maley has a lengthy civil court history in Palm Beach County and also received eight motor vehicle violation citations since 2003. She is in the midst of a foreclosure proceeding initiated by the Saturnia Homeowners Association. A foreclosure sale was set on her home but later rescheduled by a judge. A hearing on that matter is set for October 24th.
It was not immediately clear who Maley, 49, is accused of battering. Maley’s address is logged as being in the 19000 block of Skyridge Circle, according to the Palm Beach County Jail.
