PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — There’s now a $150,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the thug you see in the images above. Federal officials say he robbed a United States Postal Worker at gunpoint. It happened in Lake Worth.
Here’s the official statement from the United States Postal Inspector: The U. S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect responsible for the armed robbery of a USPS letter carrier on July 12, 2024, between 3:15 p.m. and 3:45 p.m., at 5917 Via Vermilya Lake Worth, FL 33462. The suspect, pictured above, was described as a Black male, in his early to mid 20′ -s, approximately 5’3″ to 5′ 5″ tall, wearing a black hoodie and black and white Nike sneakers.
The individual may also have been driving a dark colored sedan. Armed robbery of a postal employee is a violation of Title 18, U. S. Code Section 2114, and is punishable by up to 25 years in prison.
