PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office says deputies busted Nicholas Farley, arresting him on several charges related to election interference and intimidation. Farley is in the Palm Beach County Jail Monday afternoon. The arrest comes as the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office says it will not tolerate any voter intimidation or interference. Here’s what PBSO shared with BocaNewsNow.com:

“On October 3, 2024, deputies were dispatched to the Acreage Community Park in response to reports of a male, later identified as Nicholas Farley, yelling racial slurs from a white Sprinter van. Upon arrival, deputies found the individual had left the scene.

A subsequent incident involving Farley occurred on October 24, 2024, at the Acreage Library. Farley was in the same vehicle, making racist comments and playing loud racist music. His actions included yelling intimidating remarks about a specific Jewish candidate, which alarmed and scared several individuals, including a victim who felt too intimidated to vote. Farley also drove recklessly through the parking lot, escalating the intimidation.

Deputies located Nicholas Farley at this home where he was arrested and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail.”

Farley is officially charged with “intimidation, corruptly influence vote, threat, menace,” and “election laws: use force (or) violence to compel certain vote.” He’s being held on $200,000 bond. Farley, according to jail records, lives on 83rd Lane in West Palm Beach.
