Dogs. Bad Parking. No Politics. Just Poor Behavior. Welcome To Boca Rudeton For Wednesday.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Just days before a pivotal election, one thing is clear: no matter who wins, South Palm Beach County continues to be inundated with losers who believe they have a right to park wherever they want, and bring their dogs wherever they go, regardless of laws, rules, regulations, and statutes. It’s going to get serious as the election nears, so let’s have some fun at the expense of the rude among us…
We start today’s Boca Rudeton with the woman, above, in the Fresh Market in Mission Bay. Not one dog, but two dogs are with the woman, despite the fact that it’s illegal to have a dog in a supermarket. Let’s pretended for a minute that one of them is a fully trained service animal that provides a lifesaving function. How do we explain the other? We don’t. Our tipster says she should be nominated for our Boca Rudeton award. We agree.

Our next image comes from Glades Medical Plaza in Boca Raton. It’s an Orkin truck parked in a handicapped space. The tipster says he or she called management of both Orkin and the building and learned that no Orkin truck is permitted to park in a space reserved for people with true medical needs. Especially at a medical facility. If you happen to work with, or for, Orkin, and see a truck with license plate 66DIKH, you might want to ask if you can lend a hand. Clearly the person driving the truck needs a little assistance.

Back to the dogs. This time, it’s Dunkin’ Donuts at 441 and Lantana. The photo speaks for itself. It’s a woman with a dog in the donut shop and a Dunkin’ employee who seemingly couldn’t care less. Again, laws, rules, regulations, and statues. But whatevs. Why not let the dog just hang out without anyone holding the leash? And while you’re not paying attention, how about letting the dog slurp food on the floor in a cup made for humans?

And we’ll wrap this edition with the dog, above and below. It’s in “Crema” Boca Raton, where two photos are worth one thousand words…or maybe a fine or citation. The dog is clearly on the furniture and again, not in a place where dogs are supposed to be. Our tipster says management couldn’t care less…and seemingly didn’t care as customers asked why a dog was in a place where they were eating. We’ll see how that business is doing over the next few months.
Our winner? Absolutely, positively, the woman with two dogs in Fresh Market in West Boca Raton’s Mission Bay. Why break the law once when you can break it twice? Way to go! We don’t give prizes, but if we did, it would be two extra arms. Why? Well, that way, the woman could have four dogs in Fresh Market.

We remind our readers that there is no expectation of privacy in a public place. Don’t want to be seen here? Don’t be rude here! Send your submissions to us using the menu buttons above. Both entries today upset me.
A- I have a handicap plate and on a good day I don’t mind walking a few extra feet. Actually if I’m having a good day and there is a close regular parking space I will leave that open for someone who needs the handicap more.
B- I love animals but there is no reason to bring a dog into a store or restaurant. There are true service dogs and you can tell the difference in the dog. My fellow worker had a true service animal and she still would not bring her dog to a store or restaurant. The only exception she made was if it was outside.
I have been living here since 1980 and have never witnessed such awful experiences between taking dogs into a restaurant a grocery store etc etc. the police should police them as we are always in the eyes of the police. For peak sake do you really have to not follow the rules. If you cannot then go back to where you came from. Have you not been talked as to handling your dogs especially in restaurants
Get a life , leave your dogs home or be a good summertime and follow the friggen rules
Amazingly rude people. Especially the dog people. My favorite is Town Center Mall. Watching a dog lift its leg and pee on a rack of clothes….and the owner just walks away. Also the handicapped parkers that aren’t handicapped. Dunkin Donuts on 1200 Yamato. The Boca Police could sit there all day and write tickets….hauling in thousands a day for the city on just 2 spots. Mostly gym rats too lazy to park a few spots away and walk. The irony. Time to crack down on this Bull sh*t.
Every time I ever see ignorance like this, I tell them, to their face to simply get out. If they don’t, I follow them around and harass them until they leave or an employee arrives. At which time I happily tell the employee to do their job or I will do it for them
