Tuesday Crash On Airport Road Left Wife Dead, Husband In Critical Condition.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The fatal crash on Airport Road in Boca Raton Tuesday afternoon left an elderly woman dead and her husband in critical condition. BocaNewsNow.com was first to report on the crash shortly after it occurred around 2:30 p.m. near Airport Road and Glades Road. Boca Raton Police on Thursday released the names of those involved in the crash.
Rachelle Ebner, 81, died and her 80-year-old husband Jerrold was critically injured. Police say Jerrold, driving a 2014 Toyota Camry, drove north in the southbound lanes on Airport Road. He hit a jeep driven by Donald Kline, 55, of Delray Beach. Rachelle was in the passenger seat of the Toyota Camry. Jerrold was in the driver’s seat. Kline, in the Jeep, sustained minor injuries.
