DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A resident of the senior living community of Kings Point in Delray Beach is back in jail Wednesday just weeks after she was arrested for possessing a crack pipe. The arrest of Cecilia Lehman is the second Kings Point Delray Beach resident arrest in 2025, the 32nd since the start of 2024, and the 52nd since the start of 2023 according to records kept by BocaNewsNow.com.
The Boynton Beach Police Department took Lehman into custody Tuesday afternoon. It was not immediately clear where she was arrested or what led them to her. The charges filed: “drugs — possession — possess controlled substance without a prescription,” and “drug equipment and or use.” She’s being held on $6,000 bond. Lehman has had at least 14 citation or arrest-generating interactions with police in Palm Beach County since 2015.
The arrest report for Lehman’s latest incarceration was still being processed as of 6 a.m. Wednesday. Records show that Lehman was convicted on the most recent drug equipment possession charge filed against her back in November. She was not sentenced to jail time.

Lehman joins the criminal cavalcade of residents living in Kings Point Delray Beach. Among them: residents charged with sexual assault, drug crimes, weapons crimes, domestic assault crimes, DUI, downloading illegal images of children, and more. Unofficial records kept by BocaNewsNow.com show that more residents of Kings Point Delray Beach are arrested than residents of any other south Palm Beach County senior living community.
