In his latest series of posts, Patel suggests that Jews control the media, kill babies, suck blood from babies, and rape Palestinian prisoners.

Among the posts made on Chirag Patel’s Facebook page over the past several days: “Crimes against humanity, rounding tens of thousands of people no crimes and just abusing them, torturing them, starving them. The proud Jewish way.” “The pedophile Jewish culture.” “How the Jews run global media monitoring control systems for covering up information on their evil and corrupt ways, the real criminals. They censor daily inhumane treatment of civilians in Gaza, clear international standards for war crime and get away with because it’s the Jewish way to lie about more, they are habitual liars.”

Parents contacting BocaNewsNow.com say they want Patel back behind bars, and seem to believe that making Anti-Semitic comments is a crime. It is not. Patel’s posts are arguably disturbing but not threatening. Even so, several parents say police need to again take action.

“How is this guy allowed to post whatever he wants?” asked a parent to BocaNewsNow.com. “It shouldn’t be legal to make Anti-Jewish comments. He needs to be behind bars again.”

“Why is the (Palm Beach County) school district permitting his child to remain in this school? We do not feel safe knowing that anyone related to him is allowed in our school. We are a public school with a lot of Jewish families. This shouldn’t be allowed.”

Patel was arrested back in August after a series of escalating issues that involved posting comments largely considered to be Anti-Semitic; verbally engaging with teachers and administrators at Whispering Pines Elementary School where his young son is a student; stepping on property at Whispering Pines after he was told to stay away; and making disturbing comments about Whispering Pines and the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre. It was claims of “burglary” and “voyeurism,” however, that ultimately led to his arrest. The charges stemmed from anonymous tips made online. The witnesses, ultimately identified, refused to be deposed. Prosecutors dropped the case earlier this year. Patel is still facing a charge of threatening a police officer for comments made while he was being arrested — but that case is on hold.

Whispering Pines Elementary in West Boca Raton serves some of the wealthiest households in Palm Beach County. Even so, several parents took to social media to raise $15,000.00 to pay an attorney who fought to keep Patel locked up. The attorney argued that the parents were actually victims of Patel under “Marsy’s Law,” Florida’s largely struck-down law that is supposed to protect victims. The parents, however, never successfully proved how they were victims of anything, so their claims were largely ignored. Patel was never charged with anything related to anything that he wrote online.

There is currently no court date set for his one remaining charge of “threat against a public official.” Chirag Patel allegedly made a threatening comment while being arrested on the charges that were ultimately dropped. Sources tell BocaNewsNow.com that there is question as to whether it’s worth time and resources for prosecutors to pursue a case concerning an alleged threat made during an arrest on charges that were ultimately not pursued.

  1. He can say what he wants. He has rights. But iif it becomes hate speech, that’s illegal in Florida. He hates Jews and all whites. No one expects him to go to jail for hating Jews, but we want him far from the school. Neighbors are horrified by him. We will continue to keep our eyes open and alert to his mental status…
