DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Their food may be fast, but they need to spend more time cleaning and keeping food safe. That’s the takeaway from the latest inspections of Rotelli Pizza and Pasta at 15064 Jog Road in Delray Beach, and Dos Amigos Tacos at 14917 Lyons Road, also in Delray Beach. Both restaurants received multiple violations during a recent inspection by a health inspector reporting to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Neither restaurant was shut down, but both are now subject to unannounced follow-up inspections.

Per BocaNewsNow.com policy, we do not edit the official inspection report as filed with the State of Florida. We start with Dos Amigos Tacos:

Neither Rotelli nor Dos Amigos Tacos were required to close as a result of the inspection reports. Both are now subject to unannounced inspections. Dos Amigos has had trouble-free inspections September of 2022. The Rotelli location, however, was closed in October as the result of a poor inspection. It was permitted to reopen a short time later.
