DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — An unhoused predator who calls the area of 441 and 9th Avenue in Delray Beach “home” is the subject of an alert by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. John Henry Bean just registered the address — or location — with Florida law enforcement.
Bean is officially a “sexual predator.” He is described as a black male, 5’9”, with black hair and brown eyes. He weighs 180 pounds. Bean has tattoos on his back, his right arm, and his left arm. He was convicted of “sexual battery/coercion of a child” in December of 2014 in Palm Beach County. He spent ten years in prison and was recently released.
