
DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Two popular pizza places in Delray Beach have been cited by a health inspector reporting to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Rotelli at 15064 Jog Road and Sicilian Oven Wood Fired Pizza at 8662 Atlantic Avenue both received multiple violations during recent inspections. Neither was ordered to close.
Per BocaNewsNow.com policy, the following is the unedited inspection report filed with DBPR. We start with Sicilian Oven on February 24, 2025:
High Priority – Dishmachine quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed Bar area Dishwasher (Quaternary 0ppm).

Sicilian Oven was reinspected on March 5th. No violations were found.
ROTELLI at 15064 Jog Road continues to have issues. We’ve reported on multiple poor inspection reports, including from mid-February where a follow-up inspection was mandated. That follow-up took place on March 5th. It led multiple violations and the requirement for another follow-up.
