Turns Out 14-Year-Old Boy Was Undercover Delray Beach Detective…

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Delray Beach man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly tried to arrange a physical encounter with a 14-year-old boy on the gay meet-up platform “Grindr.” It turns out the 14-year-old boy was actually an undercover detective with the Delray Beach Police Department. Ande Anderson of the 2000 block of SW 22nd Circle in Delray Beach was arrested and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on Wednesday. He was released on $55,000 bond late Thursday afternoon.
BocaNewsNow.com, which obtained the arrest report, is publishing only a small section of the exceptionally graphic chat allegedly conducted between Anderson and the undercover detective. The undercover detective’s responses are marked “UC.”
CHAT FROM POLICE REPORT:
Anderson: I think we could have some fun.
Anderson: I like holding hands, kissing, chest to chest embraces, giving and receiving head, and I like eating a-s, if it’s nice. I have a feeling yours is beautiful.
Anderson: like, when we get into the backseat, eventually I’d love to have you straddling my lap so we can make out and I can out my large hands on each of your buttcheeks, then embrace you close to my chest as I nibble your ear and neck.
UC: that all sounds so good and is turning me on haha. I’m really into a-s play
Anderson: I’d gladly rub the rim of your a-s while I squeeze your cheeks and swallow.
Anderson: Btw, as my profile stated, I am bisexual and my girlfriend lives with me, so I’m kinda discreet. She works at a spa in Boca during the day. I drive a blue Nissan Maxima Platinum, but of course someone sideswiped me at Walmart the other day, so the rear passenger door is kinda smashed in. The backseat is plenty big for us and I have blacked out tints everywhere but the windshield. The windshield can be blocked out by my reflector that folds out.
Anderson: what time do you get out?
UC: I got out a few minutes ago. School ends at 2:45
Anderson: Nice! I was thinking about tomorrow or whenever it makes sense for us.
UC: tomorrow is probably better because I have a test before lunch and then can leave during lunch period.
Anderson: Sweet. Is it easy to just drive onto campus and pick you up?
UC: Nah during the day there is a security guard at the front so I think it would raise some red flags. There is a liquor store next to my school you could meet «e there?
Anderson: that would work.
UC: I think it’s call stop and go? Yup I just found on the map it’s 2121 W A Atlantic Ave
Anderson: pick you up there, maybe drive to a more random, secluded spot, hop in the back and become better acquainted.
Anderson, according to police, set a meeting with the person he believed to the 14-year-old boy. Undercover officers allegedly watched him leave his apartment, followed him, then observed as arrived at the meeting location in the 2100 block of West Atlantic Avenue. Anderson was arrested and charged with “traveling to meet a minor to commit an unlawful sex act,” “soliciting a child for unlawful sexual conduct using computer services,” and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.”
The police report and records reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com indicate that Anderson works in the hospitality industry.
