Riemer allegedly admitted the molestations to police and said it was a “science experiment.” While refusing to release Norman Reimer on bail, a judge Thursday ordered him to have no contact with anyone under the age of 18 or any school board employee. Teachers and administrators are all school board employees.

To paraphrase the report: Norman Riemer was apparently alone, caring for two young girls in the Lake Worth home that he shares with his wife, Whispering Pines Elementary School Principal Barbara Riemer. Norman Riemer told police that the girls asked to see his male organ. He obliged. After allegedly having the girls perform a specific act, Norman Riemer allegedly got onto a bed with one of the girls and caressed her legs near her private area. There was never penetration, according to the police report. The girls later told a grown-up which led to the investigation. The molestation allegedly first occurred during the school district’s Spring Break in late March.
“The School District of Palm Beach County can confirm Norman Riemer is an employee in the main School District office,” said a Palm Beach County School District spokesperson in a statement to BocaNewsNow.com. “He is assigned to his residence pending investigation into the matter. He is in the process of being terminated.”
Norman Riemer is charged with five counts of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child under the age of twelve. He was arrested Wednesday evening.
