BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Daniel Ducos of East Sandpiper Drive in Boynton Beach is dead following a multi-vehicle crash early Sunday in the area of Belvedere Road and North Congress Avenue. Police say the 39-year-old was riding a Suzuki motorcycle at the time of his death.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office in a statement to BocaNewsNow.com, the driver of a GMC bus was traveling westbound on Belvedere Road in the left turn Len for the Palm Beach International Airport. That’s when Ducos, on the motorcycle, was traveling eastbound on Belvedere Road, approaching PBIA and the North Congress Avenue traffic signal in the middle lane. Both the bus and the motorcycle had a green light.

The bus, according to police, turned left into the path of the motorcycle, violating Ducos’ right of way. The motorcycle hit the bus and Ducos was ejected off of the motorcycle. The motorcycle, and Ducos, came to final rest in the intersection. The driver of the bus, Emily Milcent, brought the bus to a controlled stop at the PBIA entrance.

The incident was reported to police at 2:08 a.m. Daniel Ducos was pronounced dead at 2:37 a.m. The investigation continues.
