Kings Point Criminal Community. 47th Arrest Since 2024, 17th Arrest This Year. Latest Senior Community Resident Jailed Is Just 38.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — There’s been yet another arrest of a resident of Kings Point, the so-called senior living community in Delray Beach. We say ‘so called” because the latest arrest — like so many in the community of arrestees– is of a person much younger than someone typically living in a senior community.
Jackie White is 38 years old. Living in the “Monaco B” section of Kings Point, White is now charged with “DUI,” “Drug Possession,” “Drug Equipmenet Possession,” “Moving Traffic Violation — Driving With Revoked License Or Equivalent Status,” and “Moving Traffic Violation – Driving With Drivers License Expired More Than Six Monhts.”
While the arrest report continues to be processed early Friday, BocaNewsNow.com has learned that Jackie White was taken into custody by the Boca Raton Police Department late Thursday night and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 1:38 a.m. Friday.

Jackie White becomes latest member of the Kings Point Criminal Community, which includes residents charged with drug crimes, sex crimes, crimes involving child images, DUI, weapons crimes, assault, battery, and more. Unofficial records maintained by BocaNewsNow.com suggest that there is no other community in South Palm Beach County where more residents are arrested than Kings Point Delray Beach. Its really a shame to see what has happened at Kings Point. I am a nurse who worked there 20 years ago. I never thought It would become an unsafe and scary community that it has. Sex crimes, drugs, DUI’s. It makes me very sad to see what KingsPoint has turned into… I’m glad I sold my beach house in 02 and moved to Orlando.
I am a long time resident of Kingspoint, 95% of the arrests happen outside of KP! The under 55 residents live with a person 55+, KP cannot turn down someone who lives with a 55+ person! It’s against Florida law! If the older person moves out , the younger one will be evicted! Stop posting the under 55 ones unless you have facts they are living ALONE! KP is a large community with 7200 units, crime is at a minimum! You are trying to discourage folks from moving here, WHAT DO YOU HAVE AGAINST KINGSPOINT!
