The Latest: Jonathan Feldman, 35, Living In Senior Community.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — If you’re looking for alleged criminals of all ages in Delray Beach, look no further than the senior living community of Kings Point. That’s where police just made the 69th arrest of a Kings Point resident since 2023, the 49th since 2024, and 19th this year.
The latest to end up behind bars: Jonathan Feldman from the Seville B section. He’s just 35 years old — much younger than the typical resident of a senior living community. He’s in the Palm Beach County Jail Wednesday morning.
Accoridng to a police report reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, Feldman met an elderly couple at a Verizon store in Delray Market Place several years ago. He befriended the couple and offered to help them with security in their home, as well as provide other home services. Late last year, the couple realized that watches he was asked to have serviced were never returned. Police allege that Feldman pawned the watches and then vanished.
Jonathan Feldman is now charged with “stolen property — dealing traffic stolen property,” “fraud — false statement — verify ownership (to a) second hand dealer (with a value of) $300 or more,” and “larceny — grand theft of more than $750 (but) less than $5,000.” Feldman was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail late Tuesday and is being held on $5,000 bond.

Feldman joins scores of other Kings Point residents who have been arrested over the past several years. Among the alleged crimes — and in some cases convictions: illegal gun use, attempted murder, sex crimes, assault, battery, drug use, possession of illegal child images, DUI, and more. Unofficial records maintained by BocaNewsNow.com indicate that there is no other community in South Palm Beach County with more residential arrests than Kings Point in Delray Beach. It would be fortuitous at this point to have a jail on the premises of kings Point💁🏻♀️

Johnathan Feldman is a scam artist and has been getting away with this for years. He know because it’s a Civil lawsuit and no one is going to pay thousand to hire a lawyer. We have 7 or 8 people that filed police reports on Johnathan Feldman and nothing was ever done . It was very frustrating to know that he continued to scam from local homeowners because the police didn’t do anything before to stop him.
IN REGARDS TO YOUR ARTICLE ON JON FELDMAN ARREST, HE WAS ALSO FIRED FROM BRUCE KODNER GALLERIES IN LAKE WORTH FOR STEALING.
HE WAS ALSO FIRED FROM XFINITY COMCAST FOR STEALING AND SELLING STREAMING SERVICES. COMCAST WILL HAVE A COMPLETE RECORD OF ITS INVESTIGATION. THIS WAS THE DELRAY MARKET PLACE LOCATION. HE LIKES ROBBING OLDER PEOPLE
HOPE YOU FORWARD THIS TO THE PROPER PEOPLE
I was thinking exactly the same thing. There should be a jail and police officers at Kings Point. I can’t believe they have had this many arrest for this community. I live in a bigger community also, but we havent had like this here. It is unreal when you think about it.
